Our Story

Oklahoma Property Services LLC started with a simple idea between three friends: work hard, build something meaningful, and provide real value to the community we live in. Nathan, Shane, and Gracie wanted to create a company that people could rely on when they needed help with their property — whether that meant clearing out unwanted junk, cleaning up a home, maintaining a yard, or helping restore order to a space that had become overwhelming.

We saw firsthand how difficult it can be for homeowners, landlords, and property managers to find dependable help for everyday property needs. Too often people are left waiting on contractors who never show up, or dealing with companies that treat jobs like numbers instead of real people needing real help. We believed there should be a better option — a local team built on reliability, honesty, and hard work.

That belief is what led us to start Oklahoma Property Services. What began as a small idea quickly turned into a mission: become the company people in Northeast Oklahoma can call when they need things done right the first time.
